Refund and Returns Policy

INTRODUCTION

At YIBON MAG ENTERPRISE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


1. RETURNS

1.1. Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. This is in accordance with Malaysia’s cooling-off period under the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012.

1.2. Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns may be rejected if the item is used, damaged, or altered—unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged during delivery

  • The item is not as described

In such cases, we will accept returns even if the item has been opened or used.

1.3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

2. RETURN PROCESS

2.1. Contact Us

To initiate a return, email us at [your support email, e.g., hello@yibonmag.com] with:

  • Your Order Number

  • The Reason for Return

  • Relevant photos or videos (for defective/damaged items)

2.2. Return Authorization

Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide step-by-step return instructions.

2.3. Ship the Item

Please pack the item securely and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the item to the return address provided by our team.


3. REFUNDS

3.1. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7–14 business days.

3.2. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3.3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • The item is missing parts

  • Damage is not due to our error

If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you will receive a full refund or replacement.


4. EXCHANGES

5. SHIPPING COSTS

5.1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

In such cases, YIBON MAG ENTERPRISE will cover the shipping cost.

5.2. Original Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
